Every profile has a report button. Reports help us act fast, and helpful members can even earn a badge for it.
- Explicit images blurred
Explicit images are detected and blurred automatically, so you decide whether to see them.
- Ratings and the Anti-Ghosting badge
Member ratings and the Anti-Ghosting badge show who's friendly and who actually replies.
- Help around the clock
Our Customer Success team is available 24 hours a day by phone, live chat or ticket.
The Country Pond runs on HubPeople, which belongs to the Online Dating and Discovery Association, the industry body for trust and safety.
Our community rules

How private is it?
Your personal details are never shown on the site, you decide what you share, and we don't share your information with third parties.

No. We only email you about activity on your profile, and you can opt out at any time.
How do I cancel VIP?
